¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ warmly welcomed approximately 1,000 future Golden Tigers to Mother Tuskegee during last weekend’s Open House. Students and their parents were able to discover the Golden Tiger Experience, learn about admission requirements, financial aid, clubs and organizations, and support offices, and immerse themselves in Tuskegee's vibrant campus life.
The event allowed attendees to complete their enrollment application on-site, explore scholarships, and gain insights into transferring credits. Participants also were able to interact with faculty members and get a firsthand look at what makes ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ stand out.
"This year we did things a little differently—we asked prospective students to report directly to the academic colleges, allowing them to have an academic showcase that was more personal and intimate with our faculty and staff," said Dr. Courtney Griffin, ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ Admissions Director.
Students also had a chance to see the Marching Crimson Pipers and the TU cheerleaders perform and hear from various student leaders about how Tuskegee has shaped their experience. Campus tours, led by the University's Student Ambassadors, offered a unique chance to view campus from the student perspective, fostering a sense of connection.
If you missed this year's Open House, plan to join us in the fall. For more information about admissions, please contact the Office of Admissions at admissions@tuskegee.edu.
