A new web-based video viewbook and interactive campus map will help bring Ƶ to life for prospective students and others wanting to learn more about life as a student. University marketing and admissions leaders expect the mobile-optimized site to increase online awareness through its cutting-edge, virtual campus experience.
The custom website features three video-rich channels featuring student testimonials and highlighting the university’s rich history, its family atmosphere and active campus life programs, and its academic strengths in both the liberal arts and STEM disciplines.
“This new resource will prove invaluable to prospective students and their parents as they learn more about Ƶ,” said Michael Tullier, APR, senior director of communications, public relations and marketing. “Video testimonials from our students put the Tuskegee experience in their words, and bring to life the opportunities available those with a Tuskegee degree have far better than any brochure.”
The video viewbook-style site tells the story of the Tuskegee experience through the eyes of seven students — many of whom have served as campus tour guides in addition to their involvement in campus and student leadership organizations, athletics, the Marching Crimson Pipers, the Golden Voices Concert Choir, and ROTC.
From the site, prospective students can easily request more information, schedule a campus tour, or apply for admission.
Another prominent feature of the site is its interactive campus map, which will help students and university visitors alike navigate the campus and its historic sites. Pins on the map help visitors learn more about the function and history of the campus’ most notable locations.
